Yoga Class Descriptions
Prana Flow
Prana Flow will energize the body by connecting breath with movement, allowing the mind to calm while mindfully flowing through poses guided by the breath. Hatha is there to help open the energy centers in the body, increasing optimal vitality, balance, and awareness throughout the body from head to toes.
Therapeutic Yoga
This class is designed to help bring flexibility, strength and alignment back to the individual who is recovering from illness and or injury. In this class we will work to restore harmony to the body, prana and mind, creating well-being on all levels. This class is perfect for both serious practitioners and sincere beginners.
Sunrise Yoga
Begin the day with an invigorating & energizing flowing series of dynamic postures designed to physically and mentally awaken your body and mind. Using a Vinyasa format with extra focus on standing and heart opening postures to give you a powerful start to your day!
Cultivating Body
This all levels practice is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series with emphasis on breath,
proper alignment and movement between postures. Variations will be taught, and props are
available to increase accessibility to postures. Strengthen, stretch and relax the body to begin
the week right!
Cultivating Presence
This all levels practice is a great way to unwind your body and mind before heading in to the weekend. This mindful practice of sun salutations, slow flows, and reflected suggestions will help you open to bodily awareness as well as reduce stress. This practice includes a 15 minute guided mediation.
