Current Class Offerings

Heated Yin Yoga (with Treaneva) This restorative practice is suited for the beginner and advanced yogi alike, aligning mind and body to center and find restful space. In order to have the most access to the muscle groups we’ll encounter, the yoga space will be heated during this class, beginning to enter into the realm of hot yoga! This practice, however, is meant to act as a restful space rather than a powerful bodily workout. You will be welcomed to go inward, working with mindfulness prompts, and poses will be held at length to allow the body to open up and rest deeply in each posture. SUN | 11a

The Peace Room (individually guided) Take some time away. Our yoga space is set for you to use as you like, with meditation chairs, mats, water, guides, and aromatherapy provided. Need a quiet place on your lunch hour? Looking for some me-time to simply relax? Stay as long as you like, and feel free to come and go as needed. As you may not be the only client in the space, we ask only that you maintain an atmosphere of peace as you move about the room. MON + FRI | 11a-5p

Chair Yoga (with Deb) This class is for anyone who has ever hesitated to try yoga because of a challenge of getting down or rising up off of the floor, as is required in a traditional yoga class. With a chair in lieu of your mat, this unique yoga style adapts postures through creative use of props and support. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more stability. Most of the class is performed seated in the chair or using the chair in some way! Chair yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. This class also includes breathing techniques, stretching, meditation and a lot of fun-all while seated! MON | 5:30p (September) 

Essential Yoga with Candlelight (with Deb) Experience the intensity of practicing in a space that is uniquely illuminated by candlelight! Soothing music, the soft glow, and awaking of your senses will allow you to slip away from stress and tension, improve strength and flexibility, and experience a deep sense of wellbeing that will support you well after the practice is over. Guided by the breath and your own powerful intention, essential oils will also be introduced into the practice to add an additional modality of relaxation. A perfect way to start the week. All levels are welcome and encouraged. MON | 7p (September)

Therapeutic Yoga (with Patti) This class is designed to help bring flexibility, strength and alignment back to the individual who is recovering from illness and or injury. In this class we will work to restore harmony to the body, prana and mind, creating well-being on all levels. This class is perfect for both serious practitioners and sincere beginners. TUE + THU | 5:30p

Meditative Body Awakening (with Kay) This class will guide a journey with the breath, mind, and body through a light flow of ease and weightlessness, allowing the body to drift into a deep meditative state, relaxing all muscle groups and giving relief from the tension of a long day. Class will conclude with a gentle awakening, drawing consciousness back to the present moment and giving the practitioner a focus to draw on to bring ease to the remainder of their evening. TUE | 7p (September)

Prana Flow Yoga (with Kay) This all-levels class will energize the body by connecting breath with movement, allowing the mind to calm while mindfully flowing through poses guided by the breath. Hatha is there to help open the energy centers in the body, increasing optimal vitality, balance, and awareness throughout the body from head to toes. WED | 7p

Rest + Relax (with Deb) This class is great for anyone looking to reduce stress, release tightness in the body in a gentle way, or anyone new to yoga. It begins with a gentle flow to open the body, preparing oneself for a luxurious second half in Restorative Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a relaxation technique that is guided by an instructor, and used to identify sensations throughout the body. We will focus on breath while remaining in a state of relaxed awareness + release deeply held tension in the body, some of which you may not even be aware of. Yoga Nidra will be used while the body is supported with blankets, bolsters, and blocks in relaxing and restorative poses, allowing the body to soften, open and bring you into a peaceful state. THU | 7p

Friyay Vinyasa (with Treaneva) Start your weekend with energy, renewal, and ease. Friyay yoga is a beginner-friendly class for our TI tribe. Come from work and unwind with a vinyasa flow + beats. $5 for students + when you snag a friend to join, + don’t worry about water, towels, or having a fancy mat, we’ve got you! Not a beginner? A super beginner? All bodies + abilities are welcome here (we’re all about those blocks + modifications)! FRI | 5:30p

Community Yoga (with Deb) This all level class concentrates on physical health and mental wellbeing. This class will use flows of poses to strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breath work and meditation will also be integrated. Emphasis will be on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Full body relaxation and balance are the goals, and we will utilize standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds and hip openers to get there. Come ready to breathe, meditate, and get centered. SAT | 9a (September)
