When booking any appointment a valid debit/ credit card must be put on file to uphold our policy, regardless if you will be using a gift card or cash at check out.

Therapeutic Indulgence’s Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

At Therapeutic Indulgence we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a timely manner. We value and respect our clients' time and take our commitments seriously. If ever an extenuating circumstance prevents us from providing a client's service as scheduled we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in a manner that is satisfactory to the client.

Please remember to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full session. In respect of our therapists’ time, you may cancel your appointment with no less than a 24 hours notice, free of charge.

Same day cancellations/ reschedules WILL be subjected to a charge of 50% to 100% of the scheduled session fee.

Out of respect for our therapist time and schedule,

clients who confirm their appointment and arrive and ask to shorten the service will be charged for the full length of time they originally confirmed.

If you fail to call to cancel your appointment, fail to arrive at your scheduled appointment time, or fail to try and reschedule at least 4 hours before you appointment, you will be subjected to a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled session fee.

Booking any session or appointment is an acknowledgement of this policy.

Due to the varying working weight capacities of our massage tables and chairs, patrons exceeding a weight of 350lbs will need to call and book in order to ensure the safety of themselves and their practitioner.
