Massage Therapists

 

Sara Rós Frazier, Owner; L.M.T,  C.L.T,  C.M.L.D.T – Master Therapist

Sara Ros Frazier, originally from Iceland, moved to the United States in 2006 to study at Massage Therapy Institute in Sedona, AZ. In 2012 Sara became certified as a Manual Lymph Drainage therapist through the KLOSE Training Institute. In 2016 she completed her studies to become a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, which allows Sara to treat clients with Lymphedema and other chronic Edema related conditions. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2007, and continues to hone her craft at Therapeutic Indulgence which she opened in downtown South Bend on February 1, 2013.  Sara specializes in a variety of massage modalities including Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Cranio-Sacral, Hot stone massage, and Reflexology.

 

 

Natalie Harling, L.M.T, C.M.T- Master Therapist

Natalie Harling graduated from Davenport University in 2006 with a certification in Massage Therapy.  Her experience is derived from working in chiropractic, salon, and spa environments.  Natalie specializes in therapeutic modalities including deep tissue massage and detox-cupping.  When asked what she loves most about working in the Therapeutic Indulgence environment, Natalie states, “I have this great opportunity to work with and learn from other independent massage therapists in order to provide the best care possible for our clients…what an amazing concept!”

 

 

Heidi Eaton, L.M.T, C.M.T- Master Therapist

When she was in the Army, she was injured over seas and when she was told she may never get full range of motion back in her neck, she decided to look at other options. Once she started to receive massage on a regular basis, she was able to start taking baby steps back to complete health and getting full range of motion back to her neck! Why stop there? She was so enthusiastic about my triumph she decided to go to school to learn how she could help others going through similar setbacks.

She started school in early 2003 and became Nationally Certified in 2005. Athletes She’s worked on the Norfolk Admirals Hockey Team, athletes with Notre Dame football/ hockey/ baseball/ soccer teams, Virginia Beach Mariners Soccer Team, S.E.A.L. team members among many other Special Forces teams. She has also worked on numerous World Champion Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters as well as Mixed Martial Artists. She has worked for two very admirable plastic surgeons in the Hampton Roads area performing pre-surgical massage- stripping adhesion out of the way for easier procedures then lymphatic therapy for post-surgery helping to speed up the healing process and minimize scarring.

Connie Morgan, L.M.T, C.M.T- Master Therapist

Connie received her certification at the American College Massage School in Elkhart, IN. She specializes in Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology. Connie’s passion is helping others. When asked what she loves most about being a massage therapist at TI, Connie says, “I love being involved in our community and participating in events we do for charities in our area. It’s seeing their stress removed, a beaming smile or the thankfulness expressed on their face following their session.” Connie’s clients can expect sessions that are peaceful, relaxing, and provide relief of discomfort and everyday stress. Connie plans to pursue certifications in other massage modalities in the near future so she can provide a more well rounded experience to her clients. Something you may not know about Connie is that she is an avid lover of the outdoor sports, and enjoys slalom and water skiing.

 

 

Sandra Dlugosz, L.M.T, C.M.T- Master Therapist

 

 

Jennifer Van Til, L.M.T, C.M.T- Master Therapist

Jennifer is a 2015 graduate from the American College of Massage. She is very passionate about guiding clients on their healing journey with a calm, caring, and professional presence. She can help you relieve stress, ease discomfort, and create better flexibility through stretching, myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, and hot stones all incorporated in a light to firmer relaxation massage. 

 

 

Troy Hurtt, L.M.T, C.M.T- Master Therapist

He is a 1985 graduate of Northern Lights School of  Massage Therapy on the University of Minnesota campus, Minneapolis Minnesota. He started his practice early on while still in school he starting working with Dr. Anthony Hart at Hart family chiropractic for 3 and 1/2 years and he helped him open up his own Massage therapy clinic in 1997. He specializes in acute and chronic pain management IE headaches, shoulder, upper back , low back pain and dysfunction, as well as sports injuries and auto injuries and just good old-fashioned relaxation.

 

 

Estheticians

 

Jody Froelich, Licensed Esthetician; Oncology Trained.

Jody completed the 750 hour training program at Highland Indiana’s Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2015. With a background in nursing, she is uniquely qualified to take care of others, and is particularly passionate about providing services to clients that promote rest, relaxation, and renewal in order to let go of stress. Jody specializes in therapeutic facials; those who book with her can expect a rejuvenating experience in a calm, quiet environment where the client’s well being and comfort are considered the highest priority. Jody is an avid learner who continually seeks to adopt new skills, not only to better serve her clients but to grow as a human being. She has trained in women’s studies, psychology, and oncology esthetics, and is a glass mosaic artist and painter. When she isn’t working at Therapeutic Indulgence, she loves to travel, read, and decorate homes.

 

 

Alana Searl, Licensed Esthetician; Oncology Trained.

Alana is a licensed esthetician who received her training  in esthetics at the Cosmetology and Spa Academy in Crystal Lake, Illinois. She has been practicing esthetics for seven years in both the spa and the beauty industries. She is passionate about skincare and loves working with people. Before becoming an esthetician, Alana was a high school math and chemistry teacher. Her background in education is a valuable tool as she works with clients to help them find the best products and treatments for their skin. Alana’s goal is to provide a relaxing spa experience for her clients, as well as to use her advanced training and product knowledge to address her clients specific skin concerns. 

 

 

Yoga Instructors

 

Patti Dole, 500 R.Y.Therapist

Patti trained at Dancing Feet Yoga and Khalsa Way, and is Purna Yoga Certified. She specializes in Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, and Reiki, and enjoys addressing her clients’ individual needs during sessions. When asked what she loves about being a Yoga instructor at Therapeutic Indulgence, Patti says, “The wellness that clients receive from practice of yoga, and the improvements in health and stress reduction I can help them achieve.” Patti’s classes are taught with a focus on alignment and balance in both mind and body, specifically through attention to breath. In addition to teaching yoga, Patti is a real estate broker and an advanced rescue diver.

 

Bob Taylor,

After several surgeries on his hands and elbows, he was in a depressive state, and his sister believed yoga could provide some gentle physical and mental relief. He was awed by the effects of the practice! He had never felt so relaxed and aware. This experience inspired him to develop a regular practice. He has been practicing for 6 years and has completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training under Suddha Wexler at the Chicago Yoga Center. He looks forward to helping others and hopes what he has to share will be of benefit to others, as it was for him.

Acupuncturist

Lawrence Erpelding, Acupuncturist/Qigong Instructor

Lawrence received his Acupuncture certification from Midwest College Of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, IL. He has been practicing acupuncture for 17 years, and teaching Tai Chi and Qigong for over 20 years. When asked why he chose to pursue these healing modalities, Lawrence says, “I feel there is no higher purpose than service to others. One should always follow one’s heart.” Lawrence’s goal is to continue to assist others by increasing awareness of our connection to all things instead of moving deeper in the direction separateness.
