Sara Ros Frazier, originally from Iceland, moved to the United States in 2006 to study at Massage Therapy Institute in Sedona, AZ. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2007, and continues to practice her craft at Therapeutic Indulgence which she opened in downtown South Bend February 1, 2013. Sara specializes in a variety of massage modalities including deep tissue, hot stone massage, reflexology, cranio-sacral, Thai massage, and manual lymph drainage.
Natalie Harling, L.M.T – Master Therapist
Natalie Harling graduated from Davenport University in 2006 with a certification in Massage Therapy. Her experience is derived from working in chiropractic, salon, and spa environments. Natalie specializes in therapeutic modalities including deep tissue massage and detox-cupping. When asked what she loves most about working in the Therapeutic Indulgence environment, Natalie states, “I have this great opportunity to work with and learn from other independent massage therapists in order to provide the best care possible for our clients…what an amazing concept!”
Laura Fickett, L.M.T. – Master Therapist
Laura Fickett is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in Deep Tissue massage and Reflexology. She is also Certified in Cupping, Reiki, Levels 1&2 in the Usui tradition, and is trained as a Sai Shakti healer. Sai shakti healing can be added to the end of a massage or reiki session with Laura. TaMara Kampondeni, L.M.T. – Master Therapist
Tamara Kampondeni is a certified massage therapist with 9 years spa experience, specializing in relaxation, deep tissue, and sports massage. Have an athletic event coming up? Tamara is proficient in utilizing her massage therapy experience to effectively treat athletes pre-event to improve performance and post-event to advance recovery and treat injury.
Tammy Bunton, L.M.T. – Master Therapist
Tammy is a certified massage therapist specializing in Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, and reflexology. Tammy is passionate about helping clients with chronic pain, and those who have experienced physical trauma or injury. Tammy’s regular clients love her because she is uniquely strong, and as such is skilled at providing a particularly firm, therapeutic massage.
Cathy Iannicello, L.M.T. – Master Therapist
As a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, Cathy has had the privilege of working as a massage therapist for the past 16 years. She is committed to helping others improve the fundamental quality of their lives through massage therapy. From stress reduction, relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, and sports massage, each session is personalized to fit individual client needs. Cathy has recently returned to South Bend after spending the past 5 years in Columbus, OH, where she enjoyed operating her table and seated massage business. Christine Walker, L.M.T. – Master Therapist
Christine received her certification at Blue Heron Academy in Michigan, and specializes in medical massage therapy and is certified in cupping. When asked why she practices massage therapy, Christine says, “Because I believe in the results it can provide for clients. So many people can benefit from massage, from 1 to 100 and beyond. I love seeing the amazingly serene look from a client after a massage. It’s the best compliment for a job well done.” Christine takes pride in her ability to tailor each session to accommodate specific needs, so clients can always expect a thorough consultation before appointments. You may not know that Christine is also an accomplished Equestrian! She trains and rehabilitates horses in her spare time.
Julia Tibbets, L.M.T. – Master Therapist
Julia studied massage therapy at Blue Heron Academy for Healing Arts & Sciences in 2007. Julia also has B.A. in Journalism and English Literature from Purdue University. Specializing in deep tissue and sports massage, she is passionate about providing long-term pain reduction to her clients. Dena Woods, L.M.T.
Dena obtained her certification through the American College Massage School in Elkhart, IN. Specializing in Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Reflexology, Dena’s passion is empowering clients to take charge of their own wellness through education. When asked why she practices massage therapy, Dena says, “Having had experience with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, massage has been one of the things that has helped me most in my own self-care plan. To be able go from a state of tension to relaxation in my own sessions, has shown me that by practicing massage therapy, I can help others move to a calm, centered, and relaxed space.” In the future, Dena plans to pursue her Trauma Informed Massage Therapy Certification, and would like to pursue a Prenatal Massage Therapist/Doula certification as well as work toward her Yoga Teacher Training. Some people might know this, but Dena is also a musician. She is a singer/songwriter, plays guitar and ukulele and writes her own music. She is also obsessed with dogs and plants.
Connie Morgan, L.M.T.
Connie received her certification at the American College Massage School in Elkhart, IN. She specializes in Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology. Connie’s passion is helping others. When asked what she loves most about being a massage therapist at TI, Connie says, “I love being involved in our community and participating in events we do for charities in our area. It’s seeing their stress removed, a beaming smile or the thankfulness expressed on their face following their session.” Connie’s clients can expect sessions that are peaceful, relaxing, and provide relief of discomfort and everyday stress. Connie plans to pursue certifications in other massage modalities in the near future so she can provide a more well rounded experience to her clients. Something you may not know about Connie is that she is an avid lover of the outdoor sports, and enjoys slalom and water skiing.
Jody Froelich, Licensed Esthetician; Oncology Trained
Jody completed the 750 hour training program at Highland Indiana’s Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in 2015. With a background in nursing, she is uniquely qualified to take care of others, and is particularly passionate about providing services to clients that promote rest, relaxation, and renewal in order to let go of stress. Jody specializes in therapeutic facials; those who book with her can expect a rejuvenating experience in a calm, quiet environment where the client’s well being and comfort are considered the highest priority. Jody is an avid learner who continually seeks to adopt new skills, not only to better serve her clients but to grow as a human being. She has trained in women’s studies, psychology, and oncology esthetics, and is a glass mosaic artist and painter. When she isn’t working at Therapeutic Indulgence, she loves to travel, read, and decorate homes.
Andrea Ayers, Licensed Cosmetologist/Esthetician
Andrea received her 1500 hour certification from Michiana Beauty College in. Andrea specializes in facials, and loves to give her clients a restful and relaxing experience. When asked what clients can expect from sessions with her, Andrea says, “Expect a rejuvenating experience in a calm, quiet environment where the client’s well being and comfort are considered the highest priority.” Always eager to learn, Andrea is continually adding new skills to her repertoire so she can give clients a more luxurious experience. Ellie Tricker, Yoga Program Director & Children’s Yoga Instructor
A lifelong lover of yoga, Ellie is passionate about helping children (and adults!) use yoga to feel comfortable and at home in their bodies by developing executive function and proprioception, sense of balance, and the senses of warmth and life that come from a deep understanding of how to feel one’s presence in the world. Ellie has been training in early childhood development since 2011 under the guidance of Waldorf educator Nancy Blanning. She has training in non-violent conflict resolution and has spent the past seven years teaching preschool, leading children’s yoga and movement journeys out of her home, and homeschooling according to the Waldorf tradition. When asked what she loves about teaching children’s yoga, Ellie says, “Without yoga I wouldn’t be able to move normally because I have had arthritis in my hips and back since I was 15. The physical practices of yoga offer me the freedom to live comfortably in my body. I love bringing two of my passions (creative storytelling and yoga) together for children. It offers the tools we need to help us inhabit our bodies and our world in a healthful, mindful, attentive manner!”
John Baldwin, RYT-200, CPT, MBA
John studied Yoga and the Healing Sciences at Loyola Marymount University, and is certified in a wide variety of yoga specializations including Yoga for weight management and fitness, Yoga for veterans with PTSD/Traumatic brain injuries, and Yoga for Mood Balancing. He is also a father of two teen boys, and an avid hiker, bicycle commuter, and reader. John is passionate about teaching Yoga, and has chosen to pursue this vocation full time. He says, “What I love most about teaching yoga is hearing my students remark on the various positive effects that have come about in their body or mind as a result of coming to classes or taking private lessons. Yoga has been tremendously transformative for me, and I love being a catalyst for personal change as my students make their own progress with practice.” John’s classes are specifically designed to gently promote your strength, balance, flexibility, and your ability to relax.
Latasha Flint, E-RYT/Doula
Latasha received her 200 hour Yoga Certification in 2007 at Cityoga in Indianapolis with Nikki Myer and Marsha Pappas. She has acquired well over 1,500 hours of continuing education with Rod Stryker, Off the Mat Into the Word, and YOGA for Youth and Yoga Ed, to name a few. She is also a certified Doula, through Mamasutra Loving Doula Arts, a Reiki practitioner, a budding herbalist, a mama, a Doterra essential oils Wellness Advocate and a lover of life! Latasha says, “My goal when working with students and clients is to guide them through an experience toward remembrance, of who they are and who they are meant to be, through the practice of meditation, breath work, authenticity of movement, mantra, visualization, imagination, self care and manifesting.” She also enjoys juicing for her clients as a value added service, introducing them to essential oils for emotional well being, working with youth and mamas-to-be and empowering others to live a joyful, purposeful life!
Patti Dole, 500 R.Y.Therapist
Patti trained at Dancing Feet Yoga and Khalsa Way, and is Purna Yoga Certified. She specializes in Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, and Reiki, and enjoys addressing her clients’ individual needs during sessions. When asked what she loves about being a Yoga instructor at Therapeutic Indulgence, Patti says, “The wellness that clients receive from practice of yoga, and the improvements in health and stress reduction I can help them achieve.” Patti’s classes are taught with a focus on alignment and balance in both mind and body, specifically through attention to breath. In addition to teaching yoga, Patti is a real estate broker and an advanced rescue diver.
Rebecca Vincent, RYT-200
Rebecca is a yoga instructor teaching BUTI, Hatha, and Vinyasa, as well as an Usui Holy Fire II Reiki Master. She received her certifications from Sagewater Yoga and the International Center for Reiki Training. Rebecca’s specialty is BUTI Yoga, which is a fun and energized yoga flow mixed with tribal dance and light plyometrics. When asked why she loves teaching Yoga at Therapeutic Indulgence, Rebecca says, “I have a very intense passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I love teaching a new way to move the body and seeing budding students leave with a renewed energy and joyful feeling, confidence!” Rebecca’s passion for helping others extends into her personal life as well; she has been a surrogate mother 3 times, bringing 4 beautiful babies into this world for couples who could not carry their own.
